this movie is super touching.. who say singapore production is lousy. maybe there might not be perfect english and real exciting plot. but jack neo is indeed a great director.

how ingenius idea of using blogging to express and convey thoughts might lead to the reconciliation between the parents and son. sometimes parents might not understand how we feel toward their constant nagging and discouragments but just glad that we still have their care and concern for us.

it is so true in singapore that people hardly praise people as we are in such a competitive nation that the high standard and the great achievement is the most important thing in life. results show everything. if we fail our test or exams is mean we are stupid. but wont it be better if we look at things in a positive manner. look at our strength and work toward our weaknesses.
it is important to find the key to people life so that we can relate to them instead of just scolding and nagging without understand the reason behind why students might be lagging or doing poorly in school.
seeing the "gangsters" in the show really remind me of my good friend. shall not name who you are but i really felt that u are going through all the struggles protrayed in the movie. definitely it will not be easy to step out of the bad boy image and the gang of "brothers" you are close to but i know that deep down in your heart you want to change badly. you seek for love and want to be someone who contribute to many people. you love your mum ur dad and ur friends. i ll always be praying for u.. no matter what decision you make. i pray you can step out of your struggles and turn to god for help.
