Joyce shared a great lesson ydae.. reflecting back with my busy schedules.. my DEADlines.. and many many things that can distract me..
i guess God just wants us to live our lives as the above verse. it is such a simple thing to do but sometimes.. we jus wants to do things our way and forget abt the very basic thing we all jus need.. a relationship with God. having that heart and faith to trust God enough that he will bring us through our tough times.
sometimes, it is so easy for us to feel stress, want to see results in the bible studies with our friends, want to accomplish so much yet we have so little time..
well.. i guess we jus need to trust in the Lord with all our heart.. lean not on our own understanding..prov 3:5
was also really encouraged by the brothers and sisters in campus ministry.. recently one of our brothers had to go back to his country due to his family situation, i was really touched when despite all our busyness and school schedule, we all wake up early morning jus to send him off at the airport. the love and the givingness of various bros and sisters is totally admirable. i really felt so fortunate to be part of this ministry. although before that, i have my selfishness and jus thought tt i ve lessons i cant go n send him off.. i m glad god change my heart. through the sharing by someone, i get to learn the true meaning of givingness and being there for one another in tough times. indeed our ministry is a place where we can have fun and yet support one another through tough times...
in addition, pls continue to pray for me as i try my very best in the handling the stress and DEADlines coming up...
also like to pray for Poernomo to be strong and stay faithful in this period.
pray for brothers and sisters to cope well with stress and rely on one another for support and encouragment
pray for Andrea and Stephanie in their bible studies...
