sometime i tink people can get so critical abt issues that they ignore the fact tt they need to examine themselves before judging others. well.. i guess it is for the same for mary.. mary's extravagant love. mary.. a great example of a woman who held nothing back for jesus.. her lord.. willing sacrifice the perfume.. to wash jesus's feet...
her attitude towards jesus is so different from judas...
- mary had a heart of gratitude
-Judas had a heart of greed
-mary came with abandon
-judas come with an agenda
-mary heard what jesus was saying-and she responded
-judas heard but did not understand
- mary held nothing back
-judas gave nothing up..
sometimes.. i wld wonder.. why i m spending so much with all this "god stuff".. why i need to spend so much time in prayer?..... well.. ydae i had a conversation w my friend.. with all the hall stuff going on.. whether we get the room we apply.. or.. even a chance to stay in hall..the reason why i might not have enough pts to stay in hall cos i ve not been involved enough.. nv contribute enough.. well.. last yr i ve the choice.. sacrifice church commitments or hall activities.. it was hard to choose.. but my heart was with god...
i guess extravagent love does require sacrifice.. with tt little i can do.. i pray tt it is well enough for me to stay in hall.. but if i cant.. it ll all be in the hands of god.. no pt feeling sad...
Do we love Jesus... the who-o-o-oooo-le world? or only when it's convenient?
