finally...all the hard work was paid off.... many thanks to every single person who had made this day possible... really enjoyed myself although ended up travelling with the group and being tortured with all the bashing of the forests..walking from one end to another... but indeed.. it had bonded our group tremendously...
special thanks to kynaston... fiona... shawn seet...david... without them.. this whole event wont have been so successful....especially to god.. but blessing us with such a great weather.. that we can travel around sentosa and feel the sun...
it is a fulfilling and amazing day... especially with such a busy week...before.. i m really glad that everything turn out really well....
the night before was preparing all the clues and instructions... glad all paid off after the whole event...
meet up w kynaston n fiona in the morning... den with david n shawn seet... @ harbour front mac.. the old place for teens when we go sentosa...
Start off at ferry terminal... although it was abit dry with the explaination of the games... soon.. the teams start to get competitive... and... the first group to leave was...Sera' group.. :)
my group.. under the great leadership of andrew... hehe.. left the last.. but cant blame also.. cos we have only 2 disciples JT, Andrew.. the rest are all Andrew's friends: Shiyang, Hian li, Huiwen... Awesome bro.. thx for bringing so many friends..heeee
being the last team to set off.. we din hold back or get discouraged.. with the street smart JT.. and encouraging leader Andrew.. we get to bash thru fountain gardens.. musical fountain.. some park and cut thru the bushes to reach our very first destination... PALAWAN :Southern-most point of Continental Asia.
There.. we saw kynaston's group... hmm.. not bad sia.. we caught up quite fast.. hahaha.... den without delay.. our first De-Tour is to Bury someone.. and JT being so efficient and enthusiastic.. volunteered himself.. awesome bro!
Next.. We proceed to...Song No. 447 in Songbook leads you to the Fountain Free...: Fountain Garden... heehee
there 3 person: JT, Andrew, Huiwen in the group got to act out scenes in the bible... like jesus wash the feet of the disciples...
after which... it was the most longest journey we had ever went... ahhaah.. due to the helpful organiser..hahaha.. tt is me... i lead them to the wrong direction and we walk from the fountain garden all the way to the Siloso Beach.. sun set bay...hehe... sorry guys.. really dun mean it.. and.. i suffered the consequences as well..:P
Hahaha.. i was also trying my best to convince them not to use their fast forward.. cos.. i wanted them to experience the next de-tour.. heee... passing the sandwich... since each ingredient was passed thru every member.. some food got sand... and... in the end.. the leader.. our dear andrew.. was made to eat the sandwich.. but den .. we ain tt mean la.. so can pick a card to determine how many bites u get to take... the sandwich.. from a very delicious looking.. look almost disgusting and gross in the end.. hahaha
after that, we proceed to.... Revelation 12:3 leads you to the next destination : Dragon Trail.. heee... we went to Rock Dragon... and there was a beautiful dragon tt accompany us to take many many pictures....at this stage... everyone need to help their hands into this bag filled with crickets... heehee.. rather gross.. but actually.. wasnt tt bad after all la... my groups all so zai.. not a bit scare at all...
later on.. the clue to our next destination: By night, twinkling lights from ships docked at a nearby port creates a romantic environment. Nearest MRT station to Amara Hotel spells the name. which was.... TANJONG beach....for all of us in the group.. i guess it is our first time being at tanjong beach... the place is actually quite clean.. nice and beautiful... the only setback is... it is soooo inaccessible... at this stage.. we got to play a memory game .. Hui Wen.. lucky ger.. cos all the guys have to be soaked while she help all of us to solve the clue and get to advance ahead.. great job!
lastly.. our pit stop... Parade square.. supposedly to be very freaky and scary.. but since it was like 2pm++ it was so hot and shiny and the all newly renovated parade sq wasnt at all scary.. hahaha... sorry guys..
it was such a tiring yet fun-filled day... after tt... all hungry people went to ling's place for seafood.. yummy yummy.. we even ate some crickets like food..
ahhaha... interesting day.. tiring as well.. ahahah.. can get a good rest... heehee...
