i love my hols... my motto: make the best out of my hols... live everyday to the fullest....


where shall i begin?

hmm... this week is one of the most spiritual week i had since my hols.....firstly started with on monday, having dinner @ joyce's place. i guess why i find it spiritual cos i sat in 2 bible studies.. with stephanie on monday... which was super super encouraging.. although the cost of the disciple is challenging.. god definitely bless her abundantly. another great new is..another of my classmate. weehong is also studying the bible.. he is stephanie's bf.. and i m jus so happy for the both of them.. jus really wanna pray for them to be inspired and convicted by the bible and the truth. although this was the + pt for me on monday.. the - ve part was that i cldnt get into the desire course i wanted.. which was B n F.. haiz.. to tink tt i mustered my courage to pursue what i feel tt i wanted in life.. but it seems again tt god is telling me.. "gwen.. i believed Marketing is more suitable for u" indeed.. i was disappointed with my grades.... but well.. thanks to god tt i managed to clear all my mods.. and move to the 2nd yr... well.. Marketing.. here i come...
happy also for wee hong.. who got into Dean's list... stephanie and andrea.. who did really well as well... really proud of them.. and.. also glad tt i ve friends like them who are willing to guide and teach me when i m poor in the mods.... it is a mix feeling as my classmates can be so smart.. yet.. i m grateful to have friends like them who are ever-willing to help me when i m weak..:)

forgot to mention the fact tt mon was a super busy day for me... cos i chatted over th phone with celia till almost 2am on mon as she arrived back in spore for jus one night.. but we had a great st with jaq and christian at her mum-in-law's place.. so cool... i really really miss celia... everytime it is so fast.. she came.. and left.... i cant wait for next yr to come.. when she ll b back to study...we jus click so well.. and we can be so ourselves with one another... i guess tt wat friends are.. accepting one another for who we are.... so.. mon.. i went to work... sent her off.. den went home due to my tiredness ... took a short nap.. rushed down to bishan for bible study.... everything happen so fast.. but it was indeed fulfilling....

Tuesday
it was super fun yet deep spend time with sera... and... we had GELARE>>>> hehee... tuesday waffles have half-price.. must go k...:) well.. i m really glad to have a sister like her.. so humble and willing to change and make her life more meaningful each day... i really appreciate u being in my life and i ll do my very best to love u and lets help one another to grow to be a better person spiritually....
after that.. got some time with teen sisters : silvia and fiona... plus nic nic.. we played tennis.. and we gotta to catch up abt things we are going thru... i m jus glad to have such sweet lil sisters tt are so pure hearted and innocent... dun be too stressed over ur coming exams... will keep u in my prayers...:P

Wednesday...
st with vic after work... slack ard at office using computer plus.. doing up our bangkok trip schedule... so exciting... den.... went to meet tong wei to travel down to bishan for bible study plus midwk... tong wei is such a sweet and encouraging friend.. her heart in wanting to seek the truth and her inquisitive nature.. really inspired me to deepen my bible knowledge and challenge me to read the bible more deeper to gain insights... it was such a great opportunity to sit in her bible study and learning so much tt i ve nv tot abt it myself....
after that.. we have PIZZA for dinner.. the sisters had such a great time spreading the ingredients and baking it.... it was just fun... den joyce shared a great lesson on Relationship which convicted me so much. we really need to be firm in helping one another as we are like ligaments... everyone of us plays a part in joining us as one....i really hope tt campus sisters will be bonded deeply and not jus be surrounded by one another but really to have a great relationship with one another..

Thursday..
meet up with maggie.. i m already missing her... my bestest friend.. she will be leaving for germany... for almost 2months...first time for her to go away for so long... we had a mini farewell jus me and her... went to this place at marina sq.. imperial kitchen... had nice sumptous xiao long bao.. my fav..:) and other lil diao sums... hehe...i gonna miss her.. she is leaving today...
will be praying for u dear...:)

Friday..
Spend time with my mum... den went for small group conference... it was a blast... the impacting wkend started.... kicked off by Harliem... with the most inspiring sermon... abt LOVE.....
1) The best thing to do is LOVE..
2) The best Love is Time
3) The best time to love is NOW

jus 3 simple words.. LOVE, TIME, NOW... it is so simple.. yet sometimes.. it is the hardest to accomplish... but.. will put tt in practice..

Saturday...
Started off with.. the Opening Match in Germany...
yeah... my favourite team.. Germany.... vs Costa Rica... so proud of KLOSE Miroslav 11...he rocks..scored 2 goals for the match.. awesome..looking forward to see more of him in the game....

why ch 5 only show the very first match.. i cant wait for the quarter finals to come.....

Went church for 2nd day conference.. watched the movie on shackeleton.. was super inspiring... MORALE in the group is soo important... as a leader it is important to be positive and help to boost the morale of the group... learn so many new things....

after tt... had women's lesson.. by Joyce and Julie... so impacting
the 7 deadly sins in small group...

had a great d-grp after tt with the KL sisters joining in.. so inspiring to hear them share..:)

After tt, rush down to city hall to celebrate our Dear Justina bdae... :P happy 20 birthday... to this beautiful and lovely girl... always willing to listen to me and being there for me always during our jc days.... thx ger... love ya lots:)

not only we celebrate.. hang out.. we managed to catch the england vs paraguay match at rocky master... ahhaha.. but.. the match was kiinda boring..:P DO a better one next time England!!



Sunday...
FInale to our leader conference... going to miss the KL campus.. and every oversea sisters and brothers.... thx to vincent.. we had such a great lesson to sum up this wonderful wkend.... takashi.. my fav jap preacher.. did such a touching sermon for communion... and our vietnam bro HUng.. shared a impacting poor contribution... plus.. stephanie and weehong join us for service on sunday.. so happy...

after that.. we brought the KL campus to marina sq to have lunch and fellowship... was really great to hang out with them.. let's plan KL trip soon... before sch really starts and everything.....
